Tonight's grand final will kick off live at 18:00 CET, and will feature Chris "HuK" Loranger and Adel "adelscott" Scott in a best of seven series.
Two Protoss players will lock horns in tonight's grand final of the premiere season of the NVIDIA StarCraft 2 GosuCup. The match will be streamed live with our shoutcasters Maven and Micro-Lzuruha.
The Frenchman Adel "adelscott" Scott reached the grand final after a gruesome semi final battle against Nick "ajtls" de Cesare yesterday. After losing the first game on Steppes of War, adelscott took two games in a row, on Xel'Naga Caverns and Metalopolis.
It had to be decided in the fifth and final game, as ajtls came back in the fourth game on Blistering Sands to even out the score. Thanks to a solid Protoss play on Delta Quadrant, adelscott could emerge victorious and claim the first finalist spot.
Chris "HuK" Loranger had a slightly easier road to the finals, defeating Giacomo "Socke" Thüs by a 3-1 score. The German player won the first game on Steppes of War, but HuK bounced back to win three games in a row to qualify for the finals.
