MLGPro has extended their player cap for the MLG Raleigh event from 32 to 64. This after the available passes sold out within seconds.
The passes were supposed to be accessible to newcomers and as-yet unknown talent. But to be able to cater the interest for the highest possible level of competition, they have issued 32 additional invitations.
These will be based on the current reputation among the American StarCraft 2 players.
Note that this further MLG stops will use the standard MLG Pro Circuit points system. Top 16 from Raleigh will be given invitations to the next event. Remaining passes will be sold on a first-come first-serve basis.
A list of participants for MLG Raleigh will be published in the coming weeks.
