Korean Air Part of June 24th Surprise

Blizzard has revealed a new teaser picture to South Korean gaming website PlayXP.com. This new picture displays both a time, date, and location of the surprise to come on June 24th 2010

PlayXP.com recently revealed a new teaser picture depicting an upgrade bar that was 99% finished. This new teaser also provided a time and location of the event to come which will be at Korean Air's Hangar on Gimpo Base at Gimpo International Airport. This will be a 3-hour long event where Blizzard executives, VIPs of the Korean Game industries, and Press will be present.

This is not the first time Korean Air has been involved with a Blizzard game. The most recent OnGamenet StarLeague was sponsored by Korean Air and had the OSL finals take place in the same hangar as the one for this event on June 24th.

Translated loosely, the Korean text in the picture also describes that it has been a long wait for StarCraft 2, but all of it will be opened up. It is still uncertain as to what this means, but with the release of StarCraft 2 a month away and a partnership with a past OSL sponsor, a Korean league introduction could be possible.

The event is planned for June 24th 11:00 to 14:00 KST.
