Week 7 of MPL PH Season 11’s Regular Season came with mixed results, and tough times for those near the bottom of the standings.

Only one final weekend remains in the Mobile Legends Professional League’s Regular Season in the Philippines, as teams now prepare for their final push to reach the playoffs. Unfortunately for one team, their Season 11 journey has already come to an end, even though Week 7 gave them a taste of some exceptional glory. For the upper half of the standings, nearly everything has already been decided – but with one team still to be eliminated, the final weekend is going to be a fantastic display of MLBB action from everyone.
TNC’s final assault
TNC Pro Team seemed to be the likely team to be eliminated for much of the second half of the Regular Season – but the last two weeks also saw them really showed a different side of the team. Having beaten Bren Esports during Week 6, with some amazing plays from Benthings, Week 7 saw what could be a path out of the elimination zone for TNC. A magnificent series against M4 Champions, ECHO, saw TNC pull out another huge victory – with a near 40-minute victory in game two. Unfortunately for the team, the next series did not go as planned, as ONIC PH secured a 2-0 victory and took away TNC’s final chance to reach the playoffs.
Week 8 has one series left for TNC, a grueling battle against Smart Omega Esports. A win, while not helping themselves anymore, could help out the likes of Nexplay EVOS to avoid elimination – if they too can secure some much-needed victories.
Blacklist secure playoffs
Although fielding a somewhat rookie squad, having the likes of Edward and the V33Wise duo has certainly been helpful to Blacklist International’s Season 11 cause. Surprising as it might be, Blacklist still has a chance to claim a spot in the second round of playoffs depending on what happens in the final week. After managing to take down ONIC PH with a reverse sweep, the Agents cruised to an easy victory over RSG PH – showing off Baxia and Arlott’s powers in the Land of Dawn.
If the team continues on this path, they could definitely see second place going to them in the Regular Season standings – but Bren Esports is one of their final challengers. We could definitely be in for an amazing culmination of the Regular Season and an even more epic Playoffs.
Week 7 is definitely going to be one to look back on as we head toward playoffs, especially with the mighty ECHO beginning to show small signs of struggle as the season continues. While it is unlikely that much will change at the top of the standings, the bottom end has yet to be confirmed. TNC may not be making it through to the playoffs, but there is still a chance that Nexplay, Omega, or even ONIC join them on the outskirts.
