One more Chinese team has dropped out of title contention at ESL One Berlin Major as PSG.LGD was swept 2:0 by Talon.
It hasn't been as fruitful of an event for Chinese teams at ESL One Berlin Major. Four teams qualified for the event and after PSG.LGD's elimination at the hands of Talon, only one team — Team Aster remains.
Confident and ferocious Talon has come into the lower brackets taking things by storm.
Talon made quick work of PSG.LGD in Game 1 with a one-sided slaughter that ended in just 27 minutes.
Armed with a Venomancer, Techies, and Naga in the second game, Talon bullied PSG.LGD despite having Sven. Pushing, farming, and damage Talon had it all.
Although PSG.LGD attempted to hold off the defeat and strike back at Talon, even Sven's immense damage couldn't turn things around for them -- especially when you have incredible and flashy escapes from Nuengnara "23savage" Teeramahanon.
What started out as looking very one-sided, eventually become quite intense and much more exciting.
It took over 70 minutes, thanks to good recovery and tenacity from PSG.LGD, and primarily on the back of Cheng "NothingToSay" Jin Xiang, but in the end Talon got it done.
PSG.LGD go home with NothingtoShow for their efforts -- no money or DPC points. Talon will continue in the lower brackets.
The action will continue in the upper brackets:
