The International 2017 Prize Pool has reached the $10 million mark

After a mere fifteen days the prize pool for The International 2017 has reached ten million dollars.

As The International 2017 quickly approaches and the Battle Pass gets snapped up by more and more members of the community, the prize pool has reached $10,000,000. Last year, for TI6, it took nineteen days for the prize pool to get to this point, and thirty days in the previous year for TI5. This time around, after only fifteen days, TI7’s winnings are already over $1,200,000 ahead of the curve of last year’s and still climbing steadily.

With half of last year’s gigantic $20,000,000 total already raised, TI7 is surely going to break the record books once more when it comes to the highest prize pool in e-sports. With many aspects to the Battle Pass still coming, such as the multi-player campaign mode – and let’s not forget the newly released Io Arcana – the sales are sure to continue and the prize pool is definitely going to grow.

With millions of players wanting to get their hands on the seemingly unlimited levels and rewards in this season's Battle Pass, we can only speculate what the final total might be.
