Team Empire’s official twitter page announced that Funn1k will be standing in for Team Empire at the DreamLeague Season4. This will be Funn1k first appearance after parting ways with Natus Vincere.
After Team Empire's dismal performances in the recent times, they have been having difficulties to find appropriate replacements. With the DreamLeague Season 4 fast approaching Team Empire have decided to go with Gleb ‘Funn1k’ Lipatnikov as temporary stand-in till they finalize their roster for the Shanghai Major. Funn1k who used to play for Team Empire prior Natus Vincere is expected to be the best fit for now as he is a Russian speaker and a veteran in the scene.
As strong offlaner, it is expected that Funn1k will add more gun power to the armoury of the CIS giant’s at the DreamLeague. Funn1k is known for his stellar performances with heroes like Batrider, Clinkz and Nyx Assassin.
