After two decisive victories EHOME continues on, while Vega gets eliminated from the Frankfurt Major.
GAME ONE
Game one starts with a good neutral deny for Solo on Bane, but Cema isn't as lucky and he gives first blood to EHOME.
Luna is one hero we don't see too often and with an even less common item in her build - the Assault Cuirass - each glaive bounce' damage can be only increased by increasing Luna’s damage or reducing armor on all targets, the latter of which is where AC shines. It also works on buildings making the defence against Luna even harder to handle.
Another hero that hasn’t been in the meta made his first appearance at the Frankfurt Major – Abaddon. His Aphotic Shield is a strong dispel which can remove most stuns and disables in the game, similar to Slark’s Dark Pact. It’s on a short six seconds cooldown with the only downside being the short cast range.
After an ultra kill for CTY at Rosh and a final fight at bot lane, TA and Bane drop for Vega Squadron, Godlike for CTY and the GG is called.
GAME TWO
Ehome takes first blood again. CTY kills Mag with kaka’s help.
The game goes on with both teams trading kills, but EHOME always staying ahead on the networth - score of 13 to 11 at 15 min and a 5k gold lead after taking Roshan. Things then look bleak with no outer towers left and a 10k gold advantage 18 min in with Vega desperately trying to defend their base. With Io and Tiny buybacks they barely manage, without losing any t3 towers and take DK’s life as a bonus from the retreating EHOME.
The siege on bottom lane resumes with a prolonged fight, Shadow Shaman's wards and DK's Corrosive Breath taking down t3 towers and Vega getting three kills in return, but losing Tiny for it.
After a second Roshan and another fight bottom lane going the way of EHOME, bottom and middle barracks are taken with the GG called soon after. Vega is eliminated from the Frankfurt Major and the Chinese team will continue to fight for their survival in the next round against the winner of Unknown vs LGD.
