ESL One returns with the second iteration of their American event. It will take place on the 3rd and 4th of this coming October.
ESL One's last event in New York was welcomed with open arms by the majority of North American Dota 2 fans. It was heralded as being a rare opportunity for Americans and Canadians alike to witness the unique experience of attending a large-scale Dota tournament in person. North American hope Evil Geniuses reached the finals but ultimately fell to Vici Gaming who emerged the champions.
Both EG and Vici will of course be making their plays at ESL One Frankfurt taking place now in June already. ESL One New York marks the first so far announced post-TI5 event and might also be part of a then reworked Major system. The event itself is slated to take place between the 3rd and 4th of October at the Madison Square Garden Theater. Tickets to attend go on sale June 8th and range in price all the way from $59 to $269.
