Alliance finished 5-6th at last week's Starladder LAN but Niqua announced his departure from the team on twitter. The Swedes had their ex-player Bulldog to stand-in in yesterday's game against Ninjas In Pyjamas.

Niclas 'Niqua' Westergård has announced his departure from Alliance via twitter on 29 April around 1:30 AM CEST. Its still unclear why he's not on the roster anymore. Niqua had been playing for them since January of this year, he came in as a replacement for AdmiralBulldog in the offlane role.

This comes as a big surprise since the Swedes showed a few signs of brilliance recently and also The International 5 invites are just about to be announced, with an incomplete roster their invite chances are very slim.

As for their fifth player, no word has come from Alliance about this move and its still unknown who will be replacing Niqua. In Yesterday's game against the Ninjas in Pyjamas, Henrik 'AdmiralBulldog' Ahnberg played as a stand-in for the team. He last played for the team back in January, the former TI Champion is also a potential candidate for the final spot since he is well versed with their system and has played with Loda and Akke in the past.
