Ninjas in Pyjamas have qualified for the Joindota MLG League LAN finals taking place next month in Columbus, they will be joining Evil Genuises and Not Today from the American Divison.
After a very close group stage, NiP have finally qualified for the LAN finals in Columbus for the JoinDota MLG Pro League that is to be held in April 2015. The Swedes were tied with Team Empire after the end of group stage, Empire won four games in a row to get on level in NiP, which forced a best-of-one tiebreaker to be played where NiP managed to beat the Russians to secure their ticket to Columbus.
Ninjas in Pyjamas have looked strong over the past two months in various online tournaments and have shown yet again that they're a force to be reckoned with. The Swedish Powerhouse finished the group stages 11-3, dropping games to just Team Empire and Game Online. They also managed to beat Team Empire in the tiebreaker and pushed through to Columbus.
Team Empire also finished 11-3 but since they lost in the tiebreaker against NiP, they finished second. However the Russians will get another chance to qualify since there are three slots for the European Division, they will face the second place of the other group, which is either Hellraisers or Balkan Bears Corleone depending if HellRaisers can beat Alliance or not.
