BeyondTheSummit caster Ben 'Merlini' Wu is apparently working on a comeback to the competitive circuit once again. It is unknown yet, which players he is set to team up yet, although there are some free agents to look at such as Jimmy 'DeMoN' Ho.

According to multiple sources, Ben 'Merlini' Wu, currently a caster with BeyondTheSummit and former pro-player, is apparently set to make a comeback as a competitive player. While his new team does not seem to be final yet, it does not seem unlikely that Merlini could team up once again with Jimmy 'DeMoN' Ho, who has not found a new team since his Team Liquid engagement ended shortly after TI4.

Merlini has tried to return as a competitive player before in Dota 2. Teams such as Ben's Fuck Buddies, inphinity+4 or absolute Legends did not work out in the end for the North-American and he eventually turned into a full-time caster and streamer. He did however stand-in for Zephyr shortly after TI4, but the team was set to disband at the end of 2014 anyway.

GosuGamers has reached out to Merlini for an official statement.
