Returning with its fourth iteration, the Canada Cup #4 will once again feature top teams from the Americas fighting it out with each other. This time around, the teams will be battling for a $7,000 prize pool, a step up from previous season's $4,000.
The Canada Cup #4 will be split into four parts, the open and main qualifiers, group stages and playoffs. The first portion, the open qualifiers, will kick off on the 23rd of January. After that is done, the main qualifiers will begin; the top eight teams from the open qualifiers will play against eight seeded teams in a single elimination bracket, the top two will advance to the next stage where they will join the fourteen invited teams in the group stages. These group stages will decide which teams will proceed to the final playoffs.
Many of the invited teams to the tournament are considered America's strongest; teams such as, FireDota, Wheel Wreck While Whistling, Complexity Gaming and Leviathan will be facing each other and other top teams from the region. This means that the first place team will not only be able to claim their $4500 reward but also have proven themselves as one of best teams in the region.

1st: $4500
2nd: $2000
3rd: $750
