After the demise of Alliance and MVP.Pheonix in DreamLeague phase two, the six remaining teams will battle it out in phase three at DreamHack from the 27th till 29th of this month.
Phase three of DreamLeague will take place at DreamHack Winter in Jönköping, Sweden. This is where the six teams that made it through the phase two round robins will play it for a total of over $100,000
The format for phase three is split into two double elimination brackets, with Evil Geniuses and Cloud9 awaiting their opponents in the later stages of the tournament, as the 3rd - 6th placed teams from the studio matches will play out the two opponents for C9 and EG. The semi-finals of the first bracket, will be in a best-of-one format, every match afterwards will be a bo3, except for the grand finals which will be a bo5. The first game will be between Virtus.Pro and Team Tinker at 14:00 (CET/GMT+1).

Both starting match-ups promise to be close games as all previous encounters ended in a tie during the studio matches. 4Anchors and Team Tinker can be considered as the favorites in this bracket however, considering their strong performances throughout the groupstage.
