Russian organization Moscow Five makes a return to the Dota 2 scene and picks up a squad containing many popular names, most notably former Na'Vi and VP player Ars-Art alongside former Team Empire players Vigoss and Blowyourbrain.

Only a day after his departure from Virtus.pro was announced, Sergey 'Ars-Art' Revin returns to Moscow Five after leaving them three years ago. He will be joined by two former Team Empire players. Ivan 'Vigoss' Shinkarev and Vladislav 'Blowyourbrain' Morozyukw join him after having been out of the spotlight for quite some time. To round out the team, Maxim 'TpoH' Vernikov and Igor 'Nexus' Lisakovskiy, both former RoX.KIS players, will fill the last spots on the team. The team can is expected to participate in the upcoming StarLadder Season X qualifiers.

Blowyourbrain's statement on the new roster:

I am glad that me and the guys managed to get a chance to gather under the flag of such a great organization as Moscow Five. We will do our best to get good results at the professional Dota 2 scene

Statement by Nirvana_sf, manager of M5:

It is very hard to form a roster during the great reshuffle, but our organization has never been scared of difficulties. So, please welcome our new "old" guys.

Moscow Five is a Russian organization that was able to field a squad for both TI1 as well as TI2. After a disappointing performance at TI2, the Russians hired a new squad but the team and the organization eventually parted their ways at the end of 2012. Ever since then, there have been rumors about a comeback of Moscow Five but nothing ever came to light until now.

As previously mentioned, it is a return for Ars-Art who has played under the M5 banner at The International 1. He left the team the same year to join Ukrainian squad Natus Vincere. It will also however be a return for Vigoss who has been with the organization twice, most notably he played for them at TI2.

Moscow Five roster:

Russia Vladislav 'Blowyourbrain' Morozyukw
Russia Ivan 'Vigoss' Shinkarev
Russia Sergey 'Ars-Art' Revin
Russia Igor 'Nexus' Lisakovskiy
Russia Maxim 'TpoH' Vernikov
