UPDATED : Four CIS players denied visa for the second time

Following their visa rejection earlier this week, the four Chinese players of CIS-Game were once again unable to get the precious papers required for their trip to The International 4. Each player will be interviewed individually on June 30th.

UPDATE :

The four players' second visa applications have been denied, and the possibility of them missing The International 4 does not seem that distant anymore. CIS.June stated on his Weibo page that he feels they are not taken seriously by the authorities as a team, so they will try to apply individually once agiain on June 30th. According to June, the 30th will be the last chance for the four CIS players to get their visas just in time for The International 4. For more information check here.

Runners-up for The International 2014 Chinese qualifiers, CIS, has been victim to visa denial as all of the team roster except Dominik 'Black^' Reitmeier were denied their visa applications during an interview with the embassy. Acquiring a visa for Black^ was relatively easy, since people holding German citizenship do not require any visa in order to visit USA.

According to June's weibo post, he expresses regret over his visa application being denied. Upon further probe, GosuGamers was informed that all of the players except Black^ have their visas denied. Reasons pertaining to the denial of visas have not been revealed. However, CIS is looking at Valve to step in and help ease their visa issues.

Previously, all of Arrow Gaming's visa applications except Johnny's were refused. The Malaysian ministry for sports have since then stepped in and have been helping the newcomers in acquiring their visas.
