MPGL SEA returning with its April leg

The following regions are:

The schedule for the Malaysian, Indonesian and Rest-of-SEA MPGL is set this coming 12-13 April. Meanwhile, Thailand and Myanmar's MPGL is scheduled a week later, 19-20 April, to give way to the Water Festival celebrated in those countries.

The Champion team on each qualifier will get $400, while the second and third placer will get $200 and $100 respectively. Aside from that cash prize, the first up to the eight ranked teams will also be getting a specific number of points depending on how well they finished. The teams with the highest accumulated points at the end of the season will also receive gaming hardware, and they will also have a chance to represent their county in the finals to be held this November.

Interested teams can register by following this link. There is a separate registration page per regional qualifier.

There is a tournament ticket for DotaTV access available on the Dota 2 store. It costs $7.49 per ticket, and it comes with a Forest Faun courier. A portion of the ticket sales will reportedly be added into the prize pool. BeyondTheSummit will be providing the English cast for the event.
