-Updated- Speed players' first month salary bounced, Fernandez claimed he got hacked

Fresh information regarding Speed Gaming's controversy has arrived as Kurtis 'Aui_2000' Ling, one of the five Speed players tweeted that Marco A. Fernandez, the self-proclaimed CEO of Speed Gaming, filed a dispute with Paypal to have the salary he sent to the players returned.

Ling learned about the dispute early today when he received an e-mail by Paypal stating the money sent was without the knowledge or consent of the sender.

After the story blew up on Reddit, Fernandez posted a reply in a new thread under the nickname MarcoAFernadez stating that he was shocked and surprised to see that the payment bounced. He claimed that his account was hacked and the hackers even tried stealing his money but instead, deleted the Paypal link to his bank account.

"I am really upset and frustrated and mostly by getting accused without been consulted or anything and also upset by all this websites spreading my personal information from where this idiots hacked my account, this won’t just stop here and I will make sure to file a legal complaint because this is a violation to my privacy and not just were salaries from dota2 players but others payments I did in the past 30 days in the same situation, this crossed the limits and all attempts are just to ruin more and more my situation and image I often received emails of hate and so on and just ignored them but from today since this happen will get the authorities involved," Fernandez wrote.

Considering the hate-train is on full steam, the thread named "STOP THE LIES AND DRAMA PLEASE!" will likely not see a second on the frontpage.

In the meantime, it is very likely that the Speed Gaming players will not be receiving their salary due to the dispute. As Reddit user ROFISH pointed, "This sounds like a credit card chargeback instead of a Paypal chargeback. The difference is that Paypal internal chargebacks usually have a dispute process where you talk to the other person involved to get it resolved, usually because of undelivered items, etc.

"Instead it sounds like this douchebag used a credit card to pay the team and then filed a chargeback with the credit card. tl;dr: You are proper fucked and not going to see that money, sorry. :/ Best you can do is show Paypal your contract you signed. (You did sign a contract right?)."

Stay tuned to GosuGamers as we bring you further updates on the dispute.

Editor's note: While many think that the STOP THE LIES AND DRAMA PLEASE thread is a fake, we have received confirmation from Fernandez himself that it is really him.
