MLG Columbus will be held on the 22nd of November and will feature some of the best teams in the world. Top European and North American teams will battle over two days for a piece of the $50,000 prize pool.
More details of MLG Championship Columbus have been released and included on MLG's press release is the list of teams participating in the tournament. A total of eight teams including Natus Vincere, Alliance and Fnatic will battle it out from the 22nd of November till the 24th of November for a piece of the $50,000 prize pool.
The exact breakdown of the prize money has not been announced although MLG confirmed that the first placer will walk away with $25,000. Besides that, the format of the tournament will be a round robin groupstage, presumably two groups of four, into a four teams single elimination playoffs.

MLG Championship Columbus will be held in Greater Columbus Convention Center, Ohio and MLG is encouraging fans to buy the admission tickets on MLG Store. Pre-booked tickets will cost $35 while tickets sold at the door will be $50. VIP tickets that will come with a MLG hoodie and the best seatings will go for $250 for the entire weekend.
