LGD.cn wins tiebreaker versus Dignitas

In the bo1 tiebreaker for the 4th position of group A, LGD.cn defeated Dignitas to punch their tickets to start the play-off from the Upper Bracket.

The Chinese team drafted for an ulti-dependent line-up with Tide, Magnus and Bane. Dignitas picked up the Rubick, hoping that Fogged would be able to steal one of the ulti. The North American squad had the upper hand in the early game due to the long cooldown ultimates of LGD, pushing down 5 towers in mere 25 minutes. The big turnaround for LGD came when successfully sneaked a Roshan and cleaned up some of Dignitas when they tried to contest the Aegis. Another fight in LGD's jungle saw some amazing teamwork from the Chinese squad as they managed to take out both Gyro and Qop.

Riding the momentum, they marched down mid lane for the tier 2 tower. Dignitas tried to defend, but even the Hand of God could not save them after the Ravage and RP both hit. The second Aegis also went to LGD.cn and they took the mid barracks with little resistance coming out from Dignitas. Sylar was getting massively fed on his Alchemist and it was only a matter of time before LGD came knocking on the bottom barracks. Aui went for the second Divine Rapier of TI3, but never had the chance to put it to good use as Yao caught him right in the middle of an RP and there was nothing he could do except letting Alchemist slash away. Another RP came out and that was all she wrote for Dignitas.

LGD.cn will be going to the Upper Bracket of the TI3 play-offs while Dignitas, now pushed down to the Lower Bracket, will have to fight for their lives every game to avoid being eliminated.
