Dota-League (website) have just announced the signups for the 9th season of their Pick-League.
People who would like to participate in the league, but have not participated before need to register on the DotA-League website and form a team. The next step is to post on the DotA-League forums in this post link

The sign-ups are open until Sunday (24th of February), 20:00 CET.
