MYM.Nations Groupstage Progress

The groupstage for MYM.Nations is on the way and quite some results are in already. Denmark was able to win all their matches, completed their groupstage and are certain to advance already. However this MYM.Nations will certainly bring us more exciting matches as the top countries need to play their best to be able to qualify. Canada and Sweden are off to a good start by winning their first match against Chile. Chile is almost certain to be eliminated unless they manage to beat the USA which will be very hard.

Any comments about Canada winning their first match vs Chile?
Its really nice to get a win to start off the tournament and we did just about everything right in the game. Its kind of a shame that the game didnt last because it would have been nice for a bit more practice!
Chile is almost certainly out of the tournament unless they are able to beat the USA and either Canada or Sweden goes on a loosing streak. Do you think Chile has the potential to beat the USA?
As much as I want Chile to win, I really cant see it happening. USA has too much individual skill for Chile to be a problem.

What do you think of your match versus Chile? And do you see them have any chance versus USA?
Chile is a very nice and mannered team, i like them alot. However i dont think they can beat USA as it looks right now, if it would come down to only teamefford im sure they could even beat USA, but USA's players right now are much stronger then Chiles individually.
Your next match is against Belgium. Any special thoughts about it?
I hope we can bring our best and beat em badly. ~~

Denmark as predicted has easily qualified in this group. They have already played and won all their matches and are therefor certain to proceed to the next round. Also Korea is off to a good start while this MYM.Nations is becoming very painful for Turkey

Denmark has just qualified for the next round. Which team was the hardest to beat and where any of the matches "close calls"?
Greece was by all means the hardest. We underestimated their farming-skills and simply allowed their Terrorblade to farm freely throughout the entire game. Had they been a more experienced team, we would have lost for sure. Then again, we played horrendously and didn't field our strongest five so that makes up for that I guess.
Will you watch the other matches in your group still and are there any matches in the tournament you are specificly looking forward too?
Not really, no. I don't find the groupstage particularly interesting and I have a general idea about who's going through. Basically, I'll only watch a replay of a game that is a huge upset ie. Russia losing.

Finland has had the best start by winning their first match. Romania is off with the second best start by only losing to Finland however Ukraine is right behind them. France has only played one match so far but unfortunately lost this match (versus Ukraine). We'll need to see what France can pull off.

Finland has probably the best start in it's group so far by beating Romania. How are you feeling now about the upcoming match versus Ukraine?
I think we can be able to beat them if everything goes well and we don't happen to get outpicked :).
How did the match versus Romania go? Were there any specific moments were you thought you might lose the match or did you feel in control the entire time?
Overall it went fine. We were able to gank them and managed to get double the kills compared to them. At a certain point it started to look like we could lose it since we weren't able to push properly.
You did anything special at that point or you just kept trying and were able to break through?
We tried to get an entry frag with arrow/pudge hook and hope the centaur or qop wouldn't have enough money to buy themselves back and then go through.

Russia and Singapore pick up their first win while Germany and Poland pick up their first loss. Is the russian train in motion? It certainly seems so, stay tuned for more exciting matches in this group!
