The new DotA Allstars map has just been released, with some bug fixes mainly. Bigger updates are to come in future map releases.
As we can read on the end of the changelog "Sorry for the delay and limited new features in this, lots of misc bugs and code rewrites needed priority in order to stabilize and improve the map (as a result, some content needed to be disabled until another release).". There are some nice buffs also, especially for the Morphling and Warlock:

A quick b patch was released to cover some issues, mainly Furion's Treant stats (0 armor, low hp and dmg), which accidentally came with .46. No big changes
