4 questions to Loda from SK-Gaming

Loda was one of the five players taking on Virtus.Pro in tonight's game in The Frozen League. GosuGamers caught up with him and asked him four questions.

What were your thoughts before the match versus Virtus.Pro? How did the talking go in the team when it came to your opponents?
- Well I was thinking that this would be the hardest part of the playoffs and that we had to think long and hard about the picks and removals. The team was thinking pretty much the same, we knew that we had to talk a lot and when we had picked all heroes we understood that the first game would rely on team play more than solo skill.

You played Necro, Shadowfiend and Sven - explain why you chose them!
- Well when it comes to picking what heroes to play I mostly think about what hero I feel to play and then of course which hero will be important to the team. I looked at the lineup in the first game and knew that we would need a good Necrolyte to make the tactic work so I grabbed him.
In the second game I knew the Shadowfiend would face a hard lane, and since I probably has the most experience playing different kinds of heroes with Shadowfiend I decided to play him. He has sort of become my trademark so that was also a reason :D
In the last game I just picked what the team wanted me to play =)

Why did you end up losing the second game? Any special key points that can explain the loss?
- Well we had a real hard time keeping the map control since the QoP on the other team got a fast necro 3 which resulted in that all our wards being removed all the time. The opposing team also had a very fat Sven that we couldn't stop that easy. All in all they had very good heroes and in the end they showed to be stronger than us. I also lost a chicken with Diffusal Blade recipe in the middle of the game :(

Next up you will play MeetYourMakers in the second round of Winner Bracket. A re-run from the DreamHack Grand Final. What speaks for SK-Gaming this time?
- Well we have practiced for the first time in a while :D And we are on a good streak! MYM hasn't been practicing that much and I really expect us to win versus them. We have once again become a strong team with all 7 players, it doesn't really matter which 5 plays =)
