The ESL-leadership combined the ladder reset with a 2on2 Tour next Weekend
The ESL is going to provide some new stuff for the DotA gamers in the closer future, to get the things started they're coming up with a 2on2 tourney on this weekend with a bunch of prizes and a shoutcast coverage.
The 2on2 cup can be seen as the restart event for DotA on the ESL, 64 teams are able to participate, and if its needed this number can be exceeded to 128 teams!
The way to the final is everything but easy, the contestants will need to prove themselves in a single elimination system to win the tourney and grab some of the prizes, so be sure that you get yourself ready for a weekend that will drag DotA fans&players to the shoutcast screens.
As mentioned above the next weekend will not only be the date of the cup, additionally to that cup the ESL is going to reset their 5on5 ladder and will generally celebrate the recent publishing of the DotA Allstars version 6.44(b).
