Only 16 teams are left in DotA's most popular tournament: the MeetYourMakers Prime Defending. Today MYM published the bracket and the timetable for the playoffs.
The first rounds will be played in a single elimination best of 1 -ap draft mode.
When there are only 4 Teams left it will be played in double elimination best of 3 mode.
The first round will be played tonight. And there are many interesting matches, but the highlight will be Team Team vs Say Plz. Both teams won three of their four group stage matches and they are two of the best teams in the DotA scene.
But also some other matches will be very interesting like Vault Team versus The elder Gods and Check-Six versus Reapers Elite Guard.
At Saturday the next rounds will take place, so on Sunday we will see the Winner/Loser bracket games.
The final will be played on Monday 17:00 CET in a best of 3 ap draft game again. But there will be two matches in case the team from loser bracket will win the first match.

MYM|Maelk's statement regarding the delayed games:For future tournaments, I propose that teams that are uncertain wether or not they can finish their games in time or can't play them at all, simply stays out of the tournament all together. Because of these teams, certain teams that managed to qualify for the final part of the tournament might be unable to play their matches and can eventually be forced to forfeit their matches cause of the pushed schedule.[...]
To sum it up, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the teams, my own included, is somewhat forced to forfeit the tournament due to the moved timetable. Normally I would apologize for this as I know alot of people has been looking forward to these finals and the replays, but come to think of it it's neither my teams, my own or any other teams, that finished their games in time, fault: It's the teams who couldn't finish their games in time.
