VCT Pacific Stage 1 format explained

Stage 1 begins with a group stage, where the twelve teams are split into two groups of six. Each group will play a single round-robin in a best-of-three (Bo3) format. At the end of this phase, the top four teams from each group will advance to the Playoffs.
The Playoffs will feature eight teams in a double-elimination bracket. Matches will primarily be played as best-of-three (Bo3), with the Lower Final and Grand Final set as best-of-five (Bo5) series.
Teams that finish first in their respective groups will receive a first-round bye in the upper bracket, while fourth-place teams will start their Playoff run in the lower bracket.
Only the top three teams from the Playoffs will qualify for Masters London.
