With their win, Global Esports will be VCT Pacific's first seed into VALORANT Champions.
Global Esports have been crowned champions of the 2026 VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) Pacific Stage 2 after completing a 3-2 reverse sweep of 
Nongshim RedForce in the Grand Final on Sunday (6 September).
Global Esports began Stage 2 in Group Alpha, where they finished second with a 3-2 record. They opened their campaign with back-to-back 2-0 victories over 
Rex Regum Qeon and 
FULL SENSE before suffering a 2-1 loss to Nongshim RedForce.
A second 2-1 defeat followed against 
Gen.G Esports, but Global Esports recovered by sweeping 
ZETA DIVISION 2-0 in their final group-stage match, securing second place and a spot in the Upper Bracket of the Playoffs.
Global Esports then defeated 
KIWOOM DRX 2-1 in Upper Bracket Round 1 before sweeping 
VARREL 2-0 in the Upper Bracket Semifinals. However, their unbeaten Playoff run came to an end against Nongshim RedForce, who defeated them 2-1 in the Upper Bracket Final.
Dropping into the Lower Bracket left Global Esports with one more chance to reach the Grand Final. They made it count, defeating 
T1 3-1 in the Lower Bracket Final to earn a rematch against Nongshim RedForce for the championship.
Global Esports complete a reverse sweep against Nongshim RedForce to win VCT Pacific Stage 2
That rematch initially looked to be going Nongshim RedForce's way, as Nongshim RedForce took a 2-0 lead after winning Sunset 13-11 and dominating Split 13-2. However, Global Esports refused to go down quietly, beginning their comeback with a 13-10 win on Abyss before taking Lotus 13-5 to force the series to a deciding fifth map.
Global Esports then completed the reverse sweep on Haven, defeating Nongshim RedForce 13-10 to take the Grand Final 3-2 and claim the VCT Pacific Stage 2 title.
UdoTan has been named MVP of the series, taking home the VCT Pacific Golden Mouse, set with 3.2 karats of natural flawless diamonds by Pulsar Gaming Gears.
With their win, Global Esports have become the 2026 VCT Pacific Stage 2 Champions and take home US$100,000. They also become VCT Pacific's first seed into VALORANT Champions.
Meanwhile, Nongshim RedForce bow out of the competition in second place, taking home US$65,000 in consolation. They are VCT Pacific's second seed into VALORANT Champions.
