HSC#4: 6 of 7 Koreans advance to quarters, DIMAGA and Nerchio follow

In an intense Zerg versus Protoss match, Nerchio was able to scoop out a victory over HerO to claim the top spot in Group C. And after careful mathematic session by both staff and players, it was confirmed that Nerchio and his Zerg comrade viOlet of Korea will move on to tomorrow's quarter final.

The Korean domination remained intact as Sound topped group A. Albeit winning all his matches by close 2-1, Sound could hold off DIMAGA who ended up at a 5-2 score after two-zeroing both Grubby and DarKFoRcE.

Group B saw MarineKing and MC advance on the expense of Socke and Stephano. MarineKing, who has so far only lost two games throughout the tournament (1-2 Delphi), blazed through group B going 6-0. Korean buddy MC had some issues in the Protoss mirror series against Socke, but could eventually come out victorious to secure the quarter final slot.

Group C had Evil Geniuses newcomer JYP go 6-1, losing only one game to a bio-playing GoOdY.

The German Terran failed to advance to the dismay of the fans at the beer hole just below the event venue. Coming in to the last series against ReaL he suffered a tough 1-2 loss. The second game had GoOdY suffer to ReaL's prism warped-in dark templar and blink stalkers, but he could come back with great positioning with his marauders and medivacs.

The third and final saw ReaL churn out a victory to seal the quarter final advancement.

Quarter finals will kick off tomorrow at 15:00 CET. Sound will go up against ReaL, JYP against DIMAGA, MC against Nerchio and viOlet against MarineKing.
