The format for 2016 WCS Circuit: Shanghai All Stars has been revealed today, together with the first two players repesenting Korea.?
Following the conclusion of the 2016 WCS Circuit: Shanghai tournament on March 26th, the tournament organisers will host an All Star show on March 27th. This show will feature two teams, Korean All-Stars against the International All-Stars.
The each team will be composed of six players. They will be playing on six maps in total, with four best of one matches on every map, which sums it up to twenty-four best of one matches in total. Moreover, every player will play four games, which doesn't restrict them from playing the same map each of the four times, but in the end all teams have to have a total of twenty-four played games.
The prize pool is set to $12,000, where $500 will be awarded for each best of one win. Finally, Byun "ByuN" Hyun Woo and Song "Stork" Byung Goo have been invited as the first two Korean players.
