After an issue that Riot has attempted to resolve for a very long time found no viable method of being fixed, Riot has made a few changes to spawn times.
Though not the only change, the most noticeable change Riot is looking at in the PBE will likely take effect and change the way the meta shifts entirely. Previously, blue side had a very strong and unique advantage bottom lane by being able to exchange blows as ADC and Support to grab a faster level 2 advantage against purple side's bottom lane. Pros tried to avoid this by swapping their duo lane to the top on purple side to negate the advantage.
