Gambit pull ahead in Week 7 Day 2

After today's games, Gambit showed they are still ahead of the pack by taking down Copenhagen Wolves and SK gaming.

The day started with SK facing Gambit Gaming. SK managed to get an early first blood but they couldn't snowball off of that and both teams were even. The big difference however came from Alex and Ocelote. Alex Ich played very aggressive and was rewarded with kills enough to carry his team. On the other side Ocelote was denied at the bottom lane from the duo of Gambit Gaming. After couple of barons the gold and experience lead for Gambit were too much for SK to handle resulting in a win for Gambit Gaming.

The second game of the day was Copenhagen Wolves vs Against All Authority. CW started with unusual lane swap and sent their duo lane at top even though they were playing as blue team. The switched worked very well for them since TheTess and Deficio denied ShLaYa on Shen while at bottom lane Godbro on Singed managed to hold his ground.

The game started with early first blood for ShLaYa but CW retaliated with three fast kills and a taken top tower. After that the game developed slowly with couple of dragons going for CW and teams tradings kills equally. The gold lead was slightly in the favor of CW until about the 25 minute mark when they won a baron team fight trading 4 for 1. Following afterwords, it was just a matter of finishing the game.

The third game of the day was DragonBorns vs GIANTS. Both teams were even at the beginning of the game trading kills and towers back and forward which kept them relatively close on gold. Morden on Elise showed impressive counter jungling skills which gave him the lead to Jarvan. The game was decided by a single team fight where GIANTS managed to get 3 kills for 0 followed by a fast baron. With the baron buff GIANTS made their final push, aced DragonBorns and won the game.

The last game of the day was Gambit Gaming vs Copenhagen Wolves. CW decided to ban Thresh being scared of Edward and his abilities with the champion. The game started slow and first blood was taken at about 10 minute mark by a well executed gank on Darien. Gambit Gaming had very shaky early game and got caught out of position few times.

Bjergsen on Zed took every opportunity to dive Alex in mid lane and acquired a huge lead. Even though CW had the kill advantage the gold lead was in favor of Gambit because of their better CS as well as TF passive. At about 19 minute mark team fight appeared near the dragon and Gambit managed to get 3 kills and the dragon. After that Gambit just slowly pushed their advantage and after a baron at about 35 minute mark Gambit did their final push and took the game.
