The Asia frontrunners LGD took an arrow to their knee in the first stage match of The Asia grand finals 2012. Malaysian powerhouse MUFC have defeated LGD in under 30 minutes with the next matchup coming up between Natural 9 and HCMA.

It was an even early game in the first day phase with LGD getting a kill lead when the night phase came due to effective roams by Night Stalker and the support combo of Nyx Assassin and Lina. MUFC, on the other hand, was forced to tower-hug and only siege into mid lane with five heroes.
Hyhy's bear had an incredible start on the top lane with a Radiance by 14 minutes allowing MUFC to push into base at 18 minutes. LGD was unable to take out Spirit Bear and despite buybacks on Night Stalker and Luna, MUFC was still able to take out bottom barracks at 20 minutes.
The final push came at 25 minutes at the mid lane after Lone Druid picked up the Aegis and LGD was unable to defend their second lane of barracks.
