Empire, VP reach ASUS FBOTY semi finals, Netolic out

KIEV - The group stage of ASUS FBOTY 2012 has come to a close and delivered a, for the most part, expected outcome. By defeating Na`Vi yesterday, Virtus Pro secured a slot in the semi final without playing their last game. In group B, Empire let no doubts rise and will await the winner of Na`Vi and iLuminate in the last game tomorrow at 20:00 CET.

Times in GMT +2

Team Netolic around Ivan 'ArtStyle' Antonov and Andrew 'Dread' Golubev failed to qualify for the quarter finals after having dropped games to Virtus.Pro and surprisingly Wzriv Paketi featuring ex DTS and TR member Andrei 'ALWAYSWANNAFLY' Bondarenko. A victory against Na`Vi in the final round would have lead to a three way tie in group A, however the repeated Cyberarena champions did not grant them that wish.
