Team Orange has won against MUFC in the all-Malaysian final of the very first Dota 2 Gigabyte eSports Tournament.

Orange has won the first Dota 2 tournament of GEST in the grand final against MUFC. The best-of-five, it was MUFC to start with a convincing play, taking the first map in the all-Malaysian final. After that, Orange took down MUFC three times consecutively, making it a 3-1 final score.

GEST is a monthly tournament series that normally is played in DotA with South-East-Asian teams. This time, the best SEA teams for Dota 2 were playing for the $1,500 total prize money. Orange as the overall winner gets $1,000, MUFC half of that.

The both finalists will still play against two Chinese teams. So far, only DK has confirmed it's participation in this extra-matches of GEST, which also are accompanied with $1,500 prize money.

The grand final, as many previous GEST Dota 2 matches this month, have been commentated by LD and GoDz, their VoD is available on their BeyondTheSummit channel.
