With the conclusion of the 2012 GSL Season 2, Mvp overcame his last opponent to take home his 4th title and ₩ 50,000,000
In one of the most intense GSL finals of all time Mvp has taken another title over Squirtle. After the LG-IM player had taken a 3-0 lead Squirtle managed to even the scores in an impressive fashion. Both players showed their broad spectrum of strategies to their avail, going as far as using Battlecruisers, Mass Recall and last but not least some forward barracks.
Mvp’s win over Startale’s Protoss, who had a strong run in his first Code S season losing only one game to MMA in the tournament prior to this, was observed by his parents in the crowd and thousands at home, with #GSL shortly trending worldwide on twitter.
