GEST: Orange fall out

The second round of the GEST Group Stages saw a wave of upsets, most notably with last month's first and second placement teams Mineski and Orange suffering defeats at the hands of iDeal and XctN respectively.

This has effectively ended Orange's road in the competition while Mineski have to win their next match against Ritter to continue playing (by forcing a tiebreaker). GosuGamers' GoDz will be broadcasting the Mineski-Ritter match so do look out for it here.

Meanwhile, despite Mineski's tumble at the hands of iDeal, the Philippines remain strong, topping both groups C and D above Orange, StarsBoba and MitH-Trust. Round three will settle the score once and for all, but right now, teams Invasion Red, Ritter, XctN and iZONE125 are looking to enter the playoffs.

So as we absorb the results from this series of matches, the deciding round three will soon take flight. Let the games begin.
