Video interviews with the winners, which are all available here, allowed the players to give their own acceptance speech of sorts. Not all of the winners were players or teams - there were also categories such as "Most Dominant Hero" and "Most Influential Strategy." The awards also highlighted the best events and match of the past year.
Fnatic dominated in many of the team and individual categories, while Lions was the "Breakout Team of the Year." Frenetic Array took the "Most Entertaining Team" award, while Moonmeander was named the "Best Streamer."
