Hao Fang Golden League returns for seconds

It has been six months since the first season of the Hao Fang Golden League was announced here (see). Notable for being the only Chinese tournament to have an official English caster with Luminous, HFGL welcomes season two.

The premier season sought to bring Europe, Asia and China together on the same online platform but alas, it did not manage to come to fruition due to a series of unexpected complications.

This season, the tournament will run in three phases. The first phase involves deciding which five teams will join DK, iG and LGD (who were last season's finalists) in the second phase, which is a best of eight online round robin playoffs. Lastly, the top four teams of the round robin system will emerge to play at an offline finals.

The next few weeks will be a busy one for the Chinese competitive scene, as along with the Nvidia Game Festival (see) matches for HFGL are already scheduled to take place.

Dt^Club will play TyLoo this Friday while PanDa plays AgFox on Saturday, both at 13:30 CET.
