00b1afcf740341d9a3ddcc669d43e1a54c3a2de4a03161ee634738b434.jpgFnatic has revamped their Korean StarCraft 2 academy squad coming in to 2012. The trio announced in September 2011 will part ways with the organization due to "unprofessional behavior" and militarty service duties.

Min Su 'Skit' Choi, Seung Min 'PorigoJung' Yoo and Sam 'LinkProS' Kim teamed up with the Oranges back in September, and was presented as amateur players that they were very sure to perform to their highest standard at international competitions.

But aside from a few gold medals in weekly online cups, the academy of Fnatic resulted in very few beeps on the radar.

PorigoJung will venture into the South Korean military, while the other two, Skit and LinkProS, were removed due to unprofessional behaviour.

Despite the ill-fated turnout of the academy, Elroy Pinto, general manager of Fnatic, reveals that the newcomers Sung Min "DeParture" Hyun and Sangkun "Son" Lee are only the beginning of the renewed committment to StarCraft 2 in 2012.

- We have always maintained a strong committment to the development of rookie players and amateurs in eSports and this comes no surprise as we continue that tradition with the renewal of our exisiting Fnatic Korean academy. The previous incarnation came with its faults but it was a great learning experience and we're eager to continue our expedition in Korea. There's more to come in the coming weeks, DeParture and Guhara have displayed the requisites to become a part of Fnatic and we're proud to have them develop as next generation professionals," says Elroy Pinto on the team website.
