The two Europeans suffered defeat to the South Korean duet MC/MarineKing and will be heading home after scoring two losses in a row.
After taking the runner-up spots in their respective groups in the first group stage, Stephano and Socke could not gather enough strength to jump over the Ro16. Meanwhile, MarineKing climbed atop this group of death not dropping a single map thus far but will still have to play his compatriot MC in the decisive match for the top seed.
In group A, Dimaga recovered from an opening loss against Sound and made the climate in the pool a bit more even, beating Dutch protoss Grubby and resetting his early lead. Sound himself is currently playing DarkForce and if he should triumph over the German terran he will join his fellow Koreans in the Ro16.
