NightEnD, MaNa through to playoff after Group H stalemate

Silviu "NightEnD" Lazar and Grzesiek "MaNa" Komincz made sure to advance from Group H when they both won in the last group stage round.

While everyone was waiting for ToD and Happy to finish from Group G, the players in Group H ended in a stalemate with NightEnD, MaNa and the Russian Protoss talent Titan. But due to MaNa scoring a 2-0 win over Titan in an entertaining Protoss mirror series, the "internal match" rule gave the Pole the spot in the playoffs.

NightEnD started with a 2-0 win over MaNa, to then lose to Titan 1-2. Coming in to the final match against group jumbo Kas, the 2-0 victory came in handy to reach first place in the group.
