After blazing out SEn with a quick 2-0, IMMvp will climb back to the BlizzCon 2011 Grand Final to meet his team-mate NesTea. This will be the second meeting between the two within the tournament after NesTea defeated the "game genie terran" 2-0 in the WB final.
SEn met his doom twice in a row under marine and tank fire to finish third at the Global Battle.net Invitational. SEn attempted an early roach/ling attack on Antiga but only lost momentum and supply, crashing into Mvp's wall-off, losing the game shortly after to a siege counter attack.
On Shattered Temple, the two players spawned in close-by-ground proximity and this time Mvp would not allow to be defeat in the same way that NesTea handled him previously. Playing patiently and carefully, Mvp hit a marine/siege timing attack which arrived at SEn's doorstep sooner than the Taiwanese would like. The contain grew stronger and stronger until SEn had to all-in with all his drones and fighting units but in vain.
Thus, Mvp will go to his second grand final for the weekend. After falling to MMA 1-4 in GSL October closing series, the terran ace will get the chances to redeem himself against NesTea in the BlizzCon Invitational 2011 final match. Who will win the $50,000 first place prize? We are going to find out when the series kicks off at 01:00 CET.
