A captain for each country will be in charge of choosing their team's roster of up to ten players. Applications for team captains are closed, and now it's up to the community to vote.
The players listed here have applied to be captains of their respective countries. Those who receive the most votes are likely to become the team captains. Note that several countries' captains that are not listed here have already been decided, due to there being only one applicant.
