The Regrowth and Molten Front Daily Quest Hubs in Patch 4.2 is Previewed

More information has been released about patch 4.2. A preview for The Regrowth and Molten Front daily quest hubs has been released and over 60 daily quests are promised.

The Regrowth and Molten Front will be two new daily quest hubs in the 4.2 patch that will have over 60 new quests, four "unlockable" iLevel 365 gear vendors, and an environment that will change with your quest progression. As seen in a previous trailer for the 4.2 patch, an enchanted Sentinel Tree can be seen growing larger and larger with your progression.

Your progression in the quest hubs will be unlocked using tokens called Marks of the World Tree. They can be traded in to unlock new individual daily quests, unique daily quest chains, the four new gear vendors, and important fortifications including a moonwell, an armory, and a legion of Ancients. The marks will give players more choice in seeing what content they want to unlock.

Players will also see the world develop at their own pace, but this does not mean that players cannot join together to do the same quests. Phasing is reduced in this area so that players would not be separated from each other.

The new areas will also feature two separate chain daily quests that you can unlock. The two factions representing these chains are the Druids of the Talon and the Shadow Wardens. Each chain daily quest will take you to different areas of The Regrowth and the Molten Front. However, you can only do one of the daily chains each day.

To add more variety to your dailies and despite having over 60 new quests available, many of these quest will be randomized into smaller groups. This means that only a certain amount of these 60 or so dailies will be available each day so that you do not get the same dailies over and over again. This randomization of dailies will also be reflected in the environment around you.

And finally, rewards. As mentioned already, new tier gear will be available, but for the players who unlock all of the dailies, a Flameward Hippogryph will be awarded to them. This new mount is quite similar to a Phoenix, although it is no Ashes of A'lar, it is still worth getting.
