16 teams qualify for World Cup playoffs, 16 more to go

As we wave goodbye of the first day of the group stage, we have 16 teams through to the group stage. Tomorrow 16 new ones will find their way to the playoff.

Group A is the victim of a possible tiebreaker depending on tomorrow's outcome. While Team.Team have two straight wins, they could be placed on an even keel with TSoG and PYRO. Should PYRO defeat Team.Team tomorrow and TS-Gaming at the same time defeat group jumbo Failures United, we have a three-way tie. Follow the match tomorrow at 19:00 to witness the outcome.

If A holds a more shady outcome, Group B is done for. Both Dotally Rad and SMEK are through to the playoffs after both teams defeating What's Your Name and MILK International.

Group C has Evil Geniuses through to the playoffs, while the runner-ups is an open story between South African team Ventus Gaming and Pro Sex Inc. The direct playoff match occurs tomorrow at 19:00.

Ninth ranked unZ are up 2-0 in Group D and have qualified for the playoff, while the three teams Cats, Odysey and MILF will go at it for the last spot for the last playoff tomorrow evening at 19:00.

These groups and 12 more will find its final conclusion tomorrow evening at 19:00 as the last playday of the SteelSeries HoN World Cup, so make sure to be with us then.
