After a break of nearly three weeks, MPL – PH returns on Thursday, April 15, for Week 3 of action with four days of MLBB to look forward to.

MPL – PH confirmed last week that Week 3 would need to be postponed as they focused on the safety and security of all involved due to the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in Metro Manila. This means that come Thursday we will get four days of MLBB action coming our way, with some extremely entertaining games to watch as teams continue to build their stories in the region.

Cignal Ultra and Bren Esports

As can be seen above, Cignal Ultra will have their work cut out for them this week as they start their seasonal journey and play every day. This could be quite tough for the team, especially having to play against the likes of Work Auster Force and Bren Esports. That said, Bren have seen troubles getting themselves off the mark so far – considering their amazing Season 6 run, they have fallen a long way. But, with their first win coming at the end of Week 2, and only a single series in Week 3, anything could happen.

Blacklist International and Work Auster Force

Of course, one of the biggest storylines so far has been the prominence of Blacklist International in the first two weeks of MPL – PH Season 7. Currently unbeaten in a full series, Blacklist go into Week 3 as the team to beat, especially with Edward’s brilliance on the likes of Benedetta, Pacquito and X Borg. One series which should be interesting to witness is that of Blacklist versus Work Auster, who will see their first series with well-known caster, Leo in his new technical coach role on the squad.

Nexplay Esports and Execration

Nexplay and Execration have both seen some troubles in the opening two weeks of MPL – PH Season 7, with only one win for each team. With both teams being led by MPL – PH veterans, you can be sure that this series will close off the first day of Week 3 action in the best way – but beyond the action in the game, we’re sure to see something said outside the game from either AkoSiDogie or Z4pnu before the clash gets underway.

Don’t forget to check out our interview with Leo on his time in MLBB, MPL – PH and his new role with Work Auster Force before we get into the action for Week 3 of Season 7, otherwise you can tune in to the games at any of the links below.
