FlyQuest crowned LTA 2025 champions after win over Vivo Keyd Stars

FlyQuest are the first, last, and only LTA champions.

The League of Legends Championship of the Americas (LTA) 2025 season concluded on 28 September, with FlyQuest securing the Regional Championship title after defeating Vivo Keyd Stars in the grand finals. The event brought together the top squads from the LTA North and South regions, marking the end of this year’s continental campaign.

FlyQuest secure another title in 2025

FlyQuest’s win adds to an already dominant run in the LTA this year. Having claimed victory in Split 2 and Split 3, the North American side carried that momentum through to the Regional Championship.

After claiming the LTA North Split 2 Playoffs earlier in the season, FlyQuest entered the Regional Championship from the upper bracket. They made a swift statement by sweeping Vivo Keyd Stars in their opening match, which secured them a place in the Grand Final without dropping a series.

Vivo Keyd Stars were left to battle through the lower bracket, where they overcame 100 Thieves 3-1 to set up a rematch against FlyQuest for the title. The Grand Final opened with FlyQuest taking two dominant wins to reach match point in the best-of-five. Vivo Keyd Stars managed to extend the series with a game three victory, but Gabriël “Bwipo” Rau spearheaded a decisive performance in game four, closing the series 3-1 and confirming FlyQuest as the LTA 2025 champions.

With their win, FlyQuest take home US$80,000. With the LTA getting dissolved after the first season and the LCS and CBLOL returning as independent Leagues in 2026, FlyQuest have in effect become the first, last, and the only LTA champions. They also will be the LTA's first seed into Worlds.

Meanwhile, Vivo Keyd Stars bow out of the competition in second place, taking home US$50,000 in consolation, and becoming the LTA's second seed into Worlds. Alongside FlyQuest and Vivo Keyd Stars, 100 Thieves will also travel to Worlds as the LTA's third seed after finishing third in the region.
