Team Secret Whales will face CTBC Flying Oyster for the championship of the inaugural season of the LCP.

Team Secret Whales (TSW) is the second team to advance to the grand finals of the LoL Championship Pacific (LCP) 2025 Season Finals after they defeated Taiwan's 
PSG Talon, 3-1, in the tournament's lower bracket finals on Saturday (20 September).
TSW are now set to face 
CTBC Flying Oyster (CFO) in the grand finals for the championship of the LCP's inaugural season. In addition, TSW, PSG Talon, and CFO–by virtue of finishing in their league's Top 3–will also represent the LCP in this year's LoL World Championship tournament in November.
TSW reaching the LCP grand finals and qualifying for Worlds is already a noteworthy achievement, though this is only made more impressive by the fact that this team is still only playing their first season together. TSW was formed last December from a partnership between Team Whales and Team Secret, with players from both organisations comprising the new roster.
Lê Trung Hậu “Hiro02” Trần, Nghĩa “Eddie ” Hoàng, and Anh Tài “taki” Đinh were from Secret, while Lê Văn “Hizto” Hoàng Hải and Trần “Dire” Duy Đức were from Baby Whales, Team Whales' academy team.
TSW didn't have the most promising of starts to the LCP, bombing out in 5th-6th place out of a six-team field in the LCP 2025 Season Kickoff after losing to 
GAM Esports in the first round of the Playoffs. However, the team started showing growth come the Mid Season, where they managed to secure the second seed in the Regular Season before ultimately finishing fourth–notably after another loss to GAM, this time in Round 3 of the lower bracket.
TSW's steady rise continued into the LCP 2025 Season Finals, just in time for them to secure a grand finals appearance and a spot at Worlds. In the Group Stage, Secret finished second in the Contender Group behind CFO, with GAM and PSG Talon rounding out the rest of the group. GAM would once again be the bane of TSW in the Group Seeding Bracket, with TSW losing to their rivals in both the Opening Match and the Decider Match to get forced to a Round 1 start in the Playoffs.
The opening round of the Playoffs saw TSW start strong with a 2-0 sweep over 
DetonatioN FocusMe, though they would get knocked down to the lower bracket in the next round after losing to CFO in three games. Under threat of elimination, TSW put on a dominant lower bracket run, first by knocking out 
MGN Vikings Esports in a 3-1 rout in Round 2 of the lower bracket. The team then faced their rivals in GAM in the next round, with a spot in Worlds at stake. TSW finally secured victory when it mattered most, sweeping GAM in three games to secure a Top 3 finish in LCP 2025.
The lower bracket finals then saw PSG Talon draw first blood in the series, only for TSW to quickly tie things up in game two. The pivotal third game went in TSW's way, giving the young squad the momentum and a commanding 2-1 series lead. Despite PSG Talon's best efforts to mount a comeback in game four, TSW could not be denied as they secured the 3-1 series victory and a spot in the grand finals.
