Forg1ven dilemma

Konstantinos "FORG1VEN" Tzortziou was benched from the starting lineup of Gambit Gaming and is currently in the transfer market.

Konstantinos "Forg1ven" Tzortziou is a well-known name in the European scene. His physical and mechanical plays as an ADC player are infamous. His adoration for playing champions like Lucian and Graves has been noticed by many.

Unfortunately for the Greek professional, his presence has paid less than what his name's worth. Specifically, the Gambit Gaming's win-lose record did not improve after Tzortziou's addition into the team. To be absolutely clear, however, Forg1ven was not the reason why Gambit Gaming failed as a team during the summer split.

In quick summary, Forg1ven was a powerhouse for SK Gaming's solid games as he was a consistent threat in every match up. He joined Gambit Gaming during the off-season. Gambit Gaming added a new team coach/manager, Kévin "Shaunz" Ghanbarzadeh. This, in result, forced all of the players, including Forg1ven, to adjust into the management, whether or not the new management was effective.

One large quality that Gambit Gaming struggled with was inconsistency. At times, Gambit Gaming looked like they were going to play at the post-season playoffs if they continued playing well. Although it is a quality that many teams struggle with, Gambit Gaming was not able to fix its consistency problems by the end of the split.

As notorious as Forg1ven is for his attitude, his competitive ruling during the last couple weeks of the regular season did not help his team fix their problems. Perhaps, the Greek Pro needed a breather. Maybe, he wanted to leave.

Gambit Gaming released a statement, stating that Forg1ven would lose his spot in the starting lineup and that he would be up for transfer. Gambit Gaming stated that their inability to channel Forg1ven's talents into a game-impacting instrument was the main reason why they decided to bench Forg1ven.

Whether you believe it or not, Forg1ven is up for the taking. Some people have argued that having Forg1ven in your team would not be a good investment.

However, Petar "Unlimited" Georgiev begged to differ in a statement on Facebook.

"There are many aspects of his gameplay and behavior discussed all the time on the social media, his mechanics, his agressiveness, his toxicity, his hairline...But there is one aspect that never got the attention it deserved, his consistency. - Unlimited

There is no doubt that Forg1ven plays like a beast. There is no doubt that he is confident in his abilities. Still, the question remains:

Is Forg1ven a player that you would like to invest? (Vote down below)

With that question out of the way, I would like to leave you with this video. (Caution: It get's all loud in the middle of the video)
